Rahmschnitzel

Ingredients

4 pork cutlets 2 tbsp. oil
White pepper 2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour Salt
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced 1 c. whipping cream

 

Directions

Pepper the cutlets, roll in flour. Heat butter and oil in frying pan.
Fry meat about 5 minutes each side. Salt the cutlets, remove from pan.
Saute mushrooms until cooked through. Pour in whipping cream, heat to
boiling. Remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste, pour
over cutlets.
